City Council Commission A supports Jakarta Employment Board (BKD) to hold Open Selection for echelon 2 in City Government.
This selection will generate professional and credible employee to be in the position of City Government
City Council Commission A Chairman, Riano P. Ahmad said, competence test, including knowledge, experience, dedication, and loyalty, will be considered for PNS selection.
"Since there are many City PNS with background from Class 2 and 3, their knowledge must be qualified from the beginning of selection," he said, Monday (7/18).

"This selection will generate professional and credible employee to be in the position of City Government," he expressed.
Meanwhile, City Council Commission A Vice Chairman, Petra Lumbun asked to hold open selection strictly in order to find the credible human resources with integrity.
"Open selection is held routinely to fill the vacant position and targets public service improvement," he said.
Jakarta BKD Head, Agus Suradika informed, open selection is held to fill vacant position thus his side does not need to hold selection again.
"This is similar to talent pool. We hope it could be done and produce potential human resources to fill echelon 2 position," he closed.
